Overview is seeking an experienced, organized, efficient, and communicative liaison officer to coordinate between our organization and another entity. In this role, you will act as the middle person between our organization and the other entity to identify relevant new data sources, prototype methods, streamline existing operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.This position will support BigBear LLC, company.

What you will do

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the project, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the project.
  • Collaborate and communicate successfully with project partners.
  • Work with other team members to develop a greater understanding of the project and any issues that arise.
  • Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other partners
  • Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the project and the other entity.
  • Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the project.
  • Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the project and the other entity.
  • Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary.
  • Act as a positive representation of and the project to the community.

What you need to have

  • Minimum 5+/Desired 10+ years of experience in a directly related role.
  • Understanding of relevant partner network architecture layouts and communications pipelines.
  • Ability to discover, extract, and utilize, relevant data from all-source and spatial databases.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
  • Capability to negotiate with and influence others.
  • Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Clearance: Must have a TS-SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

What we'd like you to have

  • Served within last 2 years as liaison between developers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to query for data from SQL or similar database technologies.
  • Ability to write basic scripts using Python or Java.
